For those that haven't already noticed, the 2008 Bluebonnet Brewoff winners have been posted.
Also, some of you have expressed interest in finding out what exactly those beers are that you took home from the Bluebonnet Brewoff. For those of you who brought home the leftover entries, I've put together a spreadsheet to help you determine what exactly it is that you have in your glass. You can now take the number label that is on your bottle and look it up in this spreadsheet to figure out just what it is. I didn't list special ingredients, but if you really need to know, email me.

Online registration for the Bluebonnet Brewoff will be closed on Friday, March 21st around mid-day. This will give us time to pre-package items that were ordered online. If you don't make it here in time for online registration, you can still register at the event.

Hurry up and submit your competition entries before time is up. On-line entry form will be disabled on Friday, February 29th at approximately 8:00pm. If this is a problem, let me know so we can make arrangements. The on-line registration will still be active so you will still be able to register for the event
Also, this note from our Director
While you are at the Bluebonnet website registering your beers, you can also reserve a room for the event at the Bluebonnet room rate of $89 a night. This room rate will be in effect until March 3rd. After the 3rd, we cannot guarantee this room rate. Looking at the regular hotel website, they are listing the rooms at $109 - 129 a night so we are getting a decent reduction in price for the rooms (so I highly advise getting a reservation in place).
